Born in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1979. Diana Simard received her BFA in Painting and studied printmaking at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She works primarily in oil painting and monotype and develops works through a process of layering.
The artist lives and works in Marfa, Texas.
